Barry Washkansky has been running and hiking the Cape’s stunning mountains for the last decade. He has guided people from all over the world and is always happy to share his love with the mountains with those looking for a safe and carefree way to enjoy the Cape’s nature at its best.

With so many routes so close to the city there is a trail to suit every all kinds of fitness. Weather its taking kids (and adults) up to Elephant’s Eye cave in Silvermine Nature reserve or doing a strenuous but satisfying 6-hour hike exploring the valleys and dams on Table Mountain.
